Services

Bear Lake Services provides year-round property care in Bear Lake, Fish Haven, The Reserve, Barely West, Shundah, and Sweetwater, including but not limited to:

  • Remodeling (kitchens, bathrooms, basements)
  • Handyman and repair services (drywall, fixtures, screens, chimney sweeping, emergency repairs)
  • Seasonal care (snow removal, winterization, HVAC filter changes, ice dam removal, firewood delivery)
  • Exterior services (roofing, gutters, decks, landscaping/irrigation, tree removal)
  • Specialized services (mobile welding, trailer repair, security camera installs, excavation, demolition)
  • 24/7 emergency contact services for homeowners and short-term rental compliance

All services are delivered to the best of our ability, with safety and local standards in mind.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide reliable and timely service, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate details about property needs and access.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes or special conditions (renters on-site, pets, restricted access, etc.).
  • Follow all local ordinances, HOA rules, and rental compliance requirements where applicable.

Payment Terms

  • Pricing for services will be provided upfront or in writing before work begins.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension, rescheduling, or additional fees.

Confidentiality & Property Access

We respect your privacy and your property. Any client information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only to provide agreed services.

If property keys, access codes, or gate information are provided, we will handle them responsibly and securely.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to perform all services safely and professionally, Bear Lake Services is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services performed.
  • Pre-existing property conditions, hidden damages, or issues outside of our control (such as weather events or third-party equipment failures).

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees will become immediately due.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
